Nicola is JRCT's acting chief executive.
She joined the Trust in 2022 as our head of people and operations, leading our human resources strategy, culture and policy work, as well as ensuring the effective running of JRCT's operations.
Nicola has more than 20 years’ experience in HR and operations, working predominantly in third sector organisations, most recently at Britain Yearly Meeting as chief operating officer of the Quiet Company. Nicola has managed award-winning projects for charities including Save the Children International.
