Lucy Caldicott is the founder of ChangeOut, working with charity leaders, boards, and teams on strategy development, organisational change, and equity and inclusion. She coaches and mentors leaders navigating the realities of running charities and campaigns, and is known for her warm, honest, and practical approach.
Lucy has held senior leadership positions across the voluntary sector, including charity CEO and fundraising director roles at organisations including UpRising, CLIC Sargent (now Young Lives vs Cancer), VSO, and BBC Media Action. She was a non-executive director of the Fundraising Regulator during its start-up phase, and has held a number of other trustee roles, including with St Giles Trust and Hope and Homes for Children.
A former London Borough of Lambeth councillor and cabinet member, Lucy served as chief of staff to Richard Parker, Mayor of the West Midlands, following his election in May 2024.
