Kelvin joined the Trust in October 2022, as a grants officer for the Sustainable Future programme.

For over a decade, Kelvin worked at ELHAP in North East London. There he managed and developed numerous services committed to reduce the barriers children and adults with disabilities faced to live and play adventurously.

Kelvin is a fellow of the prestigious 2027 Talent Programme, which places working class, frontline community workers in grant making roles. Through this, Kelvin became an Associate Funding Manager at City Bridge Trust, responsible for the assessment and management of grants designed to tackle inequality within London.
