Josetta (they/them) is an equity, diversity and inclusion trainer, consultant and doctoral researcher, with a background in mental health support, yoga, mindfulness and wellbeing. They bring thirty years of experience supporting vulnerable and marginalised people, working in grassroots communities, charities and the public sector in roles spanning volunteer to senior management and trustee. They work across multiple marginalised identities, focusing on antiracism, LGBTQ+, trans, nonbinary and intersex, and disabled and neurodivergent people. As a Black, queer, non-binary, person with autism and ADHD, working with marginalised groups gives them happiness, inspiration and motivation. They are dedicated to wellbeing practices and ethical living to build resilience and as acts of resistance. They are currently researching a PhD at University of Aberdeen on “Race and Trans and Nonbinary Inclusion in Mindfulness".
