Jilna has worked within migrants' rights and racial justice movements in the UK and is inspired by learning across Black feminist, abolitionist and disability justice movements.  Over the years, she has worked at a variety of organisations including Room to Heal, Migrants' Rights Network, National Survivor User Network and the Human Rights Law Network in Delhi. She is particularly interested in movement-building and how we can nurture movements that are generative, joyous and sustainable, particularly for those at the forefront of oppression. Aside from working at JRCT, Jilna is a Craniosacral therapist and community movement and meditation facilitator. She also enjoys veg boxes, saunas and wild water swims.
