Jenny lived and worked as a doctor for children in poor communities in Peru and Chile for much of the turbulent 1980s. Living in Hertfordshire, she trained and worked in Public Health in the UK NHS, and in the Department for International Development (DFID). An active Quaker since the late 1980s, Jenny also finds inspiration in poetry, yoga, running, and wild places.
