Jameela Raymond is a systems-change leader with over ten years of experience driving organisational effectiveness, strategic partnerships, and social impact.

As chief operating officer at the 10,000 Interns Foundation, she leads organisational operations, strategy execution, governance, and programme delivery, supporting the foundation’s mission to create equitable access to career opportunities for underrepresented talent across the UK.

Prior to joining the foundation, Jameela spent more than five years at The B Team, working alongside global business leaders to advance responsible business practices and inclusive leadership. Earlier in her career, at Transparency International UK, she designed and delivered programmes that promoted integrity, accountability, and anti-corruption across the public and private sectors, at home and abroad.

In addition, Jameela served for four years as a trustee of the Joffe Charitable Trust, supporting its philanthropic mission and governance.
