Charlotte joined JRCT in April 2025 as a grants officer on the Power & Accountability programme, before joining the Sustainable Future programme in August 2026.

Before joining the trust, Charlotte campaigned on peace and human rights issues for several years. She has previously worked at Quakers in Britain, where she led the organisation's peace campaigning work, and at Child Rights International Network, where she coordinated campaigns to end the recruitment of under-18s by the British armed forces and to challenge violations of children's rights by UK counter-terrorism policy. She has a BA in History and an MA in Gender and Sexuality Studies. She enjoys reading, hiking and wild swimming.
