We’re pleased to announce the appointment of a Head of People and Operations at JRCT.
Nicola Purdy will lead the Trust’s human resources strategy, culture and policy work, as well as ensuring the effective running of our operations.

Nicola has managed award-winning projects for charities, such as Save the Children International and was instrumental in the creation of 'Bake the Difference' a project in partnership with the NHS which supports people with personality disorders who have been involved with the criminal justice system.
Nicola, who will start her role in March, is a champion of inclusive organisational cultures that centre on equity, wellbeing and belonging.
She is taking on the role from Susannah Swinton who left the Trust at the end of 2021 following a family decision to relocate to Scotland.
Susannah joined JRCT in March 2014 having previously worked at the Joseph Rowntree Foundation.
