Rose has over a decade of experience in the UK and internationally, developing, managing, and evaluating programmes at the intersections of social justice, anti-oppressive practice, youth and community work, creativity, and healing justice.

She holds a master's degree in Development Planning and Administration from UCL where she specialised in participatory and sustainable approaches to transformative social change.

Prior to JRCT, she was the programme manager, editor and strategist at Voices that Shake, bringing together young people, artists and campaigners to develop creative responses to social injustice, and document creative movement building through a publication series. Since 2018, Rose has been a core practitioner at Healing Justice London, and she managed the Reimagining Health and Care: Addressing Medical and Institutional Trauma project before going full-time at JRCT.
